New Project for the Stone Island confirmed!

The Stone Island will have a new touristic development: a new touristic city, very similar to the Teacapán Project, confirmed by Victor Sánchez Sariñana, Director of the Korian company.

Mr. Sánchez represents 180 investors of Durango, Coahuila, Jalisco, Nuevo León and D.F.

The Project name is: Amaitlán Island, and it will have 2,000 hectares and 13 kilometers of beach land conforming the Biggest Marine of Latin America.

“Mazatlán has all the characteristics to be one of the best ports in México like Cancún and Puerto Vallarta, also Mazatlán could be better than Cancún”, Sánchez Sariñana replied.

Sariñana said that this Project will be the next step for Mazatlán: converting the Stone Island in a new touristic city.

The executive Project will be developed in 2 or 3 years, and it will be totally finished in 20 years.

The first part of the project has 125 hectares with 7 Hotels in 325,000 square meters, 18 lots for multiple uses, 518 residential lots and 19 commercial lots.
